The parking situation alone is a genuine differentiator in a market where that's rarely a given, and the mall positioning means the arrival experience is clean and covered regardless of the weather.

Sign-up is among the smoothest we've encountered — quick, efficient, and loyalty cards are issued without the friction seen at other locations. One caveat worth noting: names aren't attached to the player cards, which limits their functionality to the slots floor only. It's a gap in the program that undermines what should be a stronger loyalty offering.

The floor itself is open-concept, well-lit, and good-looking. The décor is considered and the overall aesthetic holds up to scrutiny — this is a venue that's been put together with care. A big screen and stage give it genuine entertainment infrastructure, and with two bars in operation the service economy of the room is well-supported. Food service was active and running well during our visit.

The game selection carries a standout: Trincity is the only location we've encountered so far offering baccarat — a meaningful addition for players who've been waiting for it on the local circuit and a legitimate draw in its own right. The smoking area, however, is the floor's clearest weak point. Slot selection back there is poor and doesn't reflect the standard of the main floor. On the payments side, WiPay was down during our visit — Linux is available as an alternative, but the inconsistency is worth flagging.

Sports screens are absent, which will be felt on a big event night. The big screen and stage pick up some of that slack, but dedicated sports coverage would round out the offering considerably. Washrooms are updated and clean in presentation, though maintenance hasn't kept pace — a broken dryer and no paper towels during our visit are the kind of details that chip away at an otherwise strong impression.

Bottom line: Trincity Royal Princess punches well. Great parking, smooth onboarding, a strong floor aesthetic, and the only baccarat table on the circuit so far make it a genuine destination. Tighten up the washroom maintenance, strengthen the smoking area, and fix the loyalty card name issue — and this location is operating at the top end of the market.
